How long will it take to ship my order?

Made to order items usually take between one to three weeks to ship, depending on the size of your order. If it is a larger order, I will personally update you on the timing of shipment.

What type of leather do you use?

All products are made using high quality genuine leather, selected for durability and beauty.

Do you offer personalization, such as initials or brands?

Absolutely! Please contact me through the Contact Us page or through my social media pages to ask about personalization of items. 

What is your return policy?

There are no returns on custom or bulk orders. Please contact me with any issues.

Do you ship internationally?

I currently ship only to the USA with free shipping, or to Canada with an added shipping charge.
